Can I change my pricing plan throughout the year?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
How long does it take to set up?
To launch a new website all you need to do is sign up for an account and pay for a subscription plan.
A custom domain is included in all of our pricing plans. If you’re registering a new domain name, it just takes about 30 minutes for it to be setup. If you already own a domain, you can connect it immediately once you sign up for a plan.
Our team will also design your website for you based upon your logos and colors after you sign up for a plan. Our team will update the website design the following business day at the latest.
If you have an existing website our team can also help transfer content from your old website at no additional charge. The content transfer is typically finished the next business day after you sign up for a plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! You can create a free account any time. When you're ready to turn on your website or start registering players you'll need to pay for a subscription plan.
What are the processing fees for online payments?
The processing fees for online payments are 3.5% plus $1 per transaction. This covers all credit and debit card fees - there are no additional fees.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted when a participant pays for a program.
There are no processing fees if the program does not collect online payments.
What are the setup fees?
There are no setup fees with any of our pricing plans. You just sign up and pay for the first month and you're ready to go!
What will the URL of my website be?
When you create your account your temporary web address will be something like your-organization-name.jerseywatch.com. When you select a plan and launch your site, you can have your own domain name like www.yourorganizationname.com.
You can either transfer an existing domain you already own, or we'll register a new domain for your organization if you don't already own one.
